- ½ tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon brewer’s yeast
- 2 cups oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup raisins
- Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit/ 170 degrees Celcius.
- Using a mixing bowl, mix the butter with the brown sugar until soft, then add the vanilla and the egg and stir till they mix.
- Mix the milled flaxseed with water in a separate bowl and combine with contents in the mixing bowl.
- Add the flour, cinnamon, brewer’s yeast, and salt and mix thoroughly into the mixing bowl.
- Using your hand, mix the raisins, oats, and whole flaxseed.
- Scoop the batter onto a baking tray. Ensure it has a lining of parchment paper. Slightly flatten the cookies.
- Bake your cookies for 12 minutes.
